Samantha Akkineni takes up the sustainable living challenge; shares picture dressed in upcycled fabric
Sustainable fashion is clearly the way forward. Actress Samantha Akkineni who is known for her acting skills also makes head turn for her remarkable fashion statements. Recently, Samantha took up the #mysustainstory challenge where one is required to post a picture in an upcycled outfit.
On Monday, Samantha who was nominated by Shilpa Reddy shared a picture of herself dressed in a black- and-white T-shirt and striped pants. She revealed that the outfit was made of upcycled fabric and hand dyed with zero chemicals.

Every fabric has been upcycled and hand dyed with zero chemicals. This sustainable collection speaks boldly to the eco-conscious youth. This is not the first time the actress has promoted sustainable clothing. Earlier, she had posted a picture of her dressed in the Canva Fluid Maxi Dress by the Indian fashion label and designer duo Pankaj & Nidhi. The dress was entirely made of recycled plastic bottles.
