RIP Shravan Rathod: Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Madhuri Dixit, AR Rahman pay tribute to the veteran music director

Music composer Shravan Rathod of Nadeem-Shravan fame has passed away at the age of 66. The composer had tested positive for COVID-19 and died due to the complications from the novel virus. He passed away in the hospital and was not responding to the treatment.

Since last night, celebrities have expressed their condolence to the family. Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn paid tribute to the music director who had worked with Nadeem to compose music albums for their films Dhadkan and Phool Aur Kaante, respectively. Shreya Ghoshal, Armaan Malik, Shaan and many more have paid tribute.

Very sad to know about the passing of music composer Shravan. Nadeem-Shravan created magic for many films in 90s and later, including Dhadkan that has remained legendary in my career. Deepest Condolences to his family. ????????

Shravan Rathod was one of the famous composers in the 1990s and early 2000s. Nadeem-Shravan worked on several albums including Aashiqui, Saajan, Sadak, Phool Aur Kaante, Deewana, Raja, Agni Sakshi, Jeet, Pardes among others.
