Sanjana Sanghi celebrates World Menstrual Hygiene Day by spreading awareness among the girls at Aarohan NGO
On Menstrual Hygiene Day, Sanjana Sanghi spoke digitally with the Girls at the Aarohan NGO about the myths, do's & don'ts of a healthy period. Sanjana began her teacher volunteer journey 7 years ago with Aarohan and since then shares a very special bond with all the underprivileged children who are part of the NGO.
Expressing her happiness to have spent the day raising awareness among them, Sanjana took her social media and shared, "No other way to celebrate World Menstrual Hygiene Day than with my girls at Aarohan! The most special 7 years Long Journey".
"I have seen you girls grow up and I am so proud of you for helping #BreakTheTabbo & Bust myths related to menstrual health. You all are my strength".
Sanjana Sanghi is a Thought Partner with Aarohan and has been working closely with them to help the girls get their basic period hygiene kits and encourage young girls to embrace their periods hygienically.
