Priyanka, who turned 39 on Sunday, had previously uploaded a post thanking everyone for their kind words and wishes. She also thanked Nick for making her birthday wonderful despite the fact that he couldn't be present.
In December 2018, Priyanka and Nick tied the knot at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Rajasthan, India, the pair dated for several months.
