Actor Aamir Khan’s brother Faissal Khan opened up about his equation with him. Faissal who is turning a director with his film, Faactory, said that after all the difficulties in their relationship, now everything is alright between them.
According to his interview with a tabloid, when Faissal was asked about Aamir’s shadow on him then he said that these things never bothered him. If a person is unaware about himself, they might get worried but Faissal knows his capabilities and is aware of what he can do.
Talking about his film, Faissal said that it belongs to a tough genre but he is thankful to the team and their cooperation as it turned out well. He further said that though Aamir is the most famous person of their family but people will also know Faissal Khan as an individual, actor, director and singer after Faactory’s release.
Faissal’s mother and Aamir have already watched the film and they are highly impressed with it. He said that his mother always wanted him to become a director and he fulfilled her dream with this and she loved it. Even Aamir found the film very engaging and said that it is great start for a first time director. Moreover, with this film, Faissal also turned a singer.
On being asked about Aamir’s divorce with wife Kiran Rao, Faissal refused to say anything as his own marriage didn’t work out. He said that he has no plans for marrying again as a wife is expensive and he have not made enough money to afford one. Faissal further said that if his movie does well then he might try his chance.
Faissal was involved in a legal battle with his family after they kept him under house arrest for a year as they said he was depressed and had schizophrenia. He revealed that he went through a mental evaluation at JJ Hospital for 20 days, after which he was declared of sound mind and mentally healthy. “I was given wrong medication for one year, which was very unfair on the family’s part,” he told Bollywood Hungama last year.
